Summer seems to be having a last gasp over here in England, so I thought I’d celebrate with a few of my favourite “picnic” shots. Okay, there’s no food in these pictures, but they all feature blankets, and the guys are getting other kinds of sustenance [insert awful joke of your choice about plums, nuts, sausages or buns].
Yes, there’s nothing quite like a bit of smut set in the great outdoors. Even though these pictures were probably taken on private property, the voyeur/exhibitionist streak in me likes to imagine otherwise. It’s so much saucier, when someone could sneak up on our happy couples at any moment…
First up, I’m giving you something to make you all go “aww”. The haircuts look 70s to me, but it still comes across as a timeless pic. They look like they’re clinging onto one another with relief–perhaps they’ve just had a long drive.
Some hairy men enjoying a quick snack here, because I know how much Lou loves them.
And this one always makes me chuckle. Can’t help thinking how uncomfortable the bottom looks, but I’m guessing he’s pretty supple and bendy!

There’s no contest for me – I like the first the best. It’s intimate rather than erotic – it focusses on the relationship rather than just the sex.

I’ll have a look for you, Sue. It’s actually quite tricky to find intact guys, as a lot of the vintage stuff out there is American, but I’ll do my best to scrutinise the pictures ;P
