I’ve been a member of GLBT Bookshelf for about a month so far, and today I made myself sit down with the instruction manual and work out how to create a page for myself. After the initial moments of hair-tearing-out confusion looking at the manual, I decided to just get going, and what do you know, it was easier than LJ! I think I was just scared by the idea that it’s a wiki and I’ve never edited a wiki before.
Anyhow, if you want to go and look at my (still very basic) page and give me any feedback then that would be appreciated, and if you’re not familiar with the site I can recommend it as a place to find GLBT fiction, authors, artists and reviewers. That’s got to be a good thing, as far as I’m concerned!
And, as has expressed a desire to know more about my life in general (god knows why!), I am warning you now I may start posting photos of all those partially completed craft projects that I’ve given up on as the urge to write has taken over, in the hope that you will persuade me that I should finish some of them! But for now, the most creative thing I’ve done today (other than writing), has been making an absolutely delicious Peach Upside Down Cake, and here is my foolproof recipe:
