The Hot Pressure Blog Tour: contest winners

Hot Pressure Blog Tour banner

The Hot Pressure Blog Tour was a huge amount of fun for Jamie and I to write, and we were so happy to have the opportunity to chat with all you lovely people who left comments along the way.

I used Random.org to pick the winners on Monday, and have now contacted everyone individually. However, I thought the rest of you might want to know who won and join me in a big congratulations to them all. So, the winners of a title of their choice from each of our backlists were: Suze, Judi, Gigi, Stevie Carroll, Alex W., Trix, Jbst, Juliana and Dorome (that’s in post order, as there was one backlist winner per post)

And the grand prize, featuring a range of exclusive items from the stories themselves, was won by Urb, for her comment on the very first post at Joyfully Jay! Congratulations, Urb!!! I’m delighted this prize went to someone who commented on every post along the way. Your owls, T-shirt and other bits and pieces are now in the post.

Right, no more blog tours till my next novel comes out. That means… Next one in four months’ time!

Sorry regular blogging has been suspended this week, but I’ve been busy. I’ll try and make up for it in a few hours as I’ll have a post for you all about the trip to Manchester Jamie and I made earlier this week. There are lots of pictures, and a sneak peek at some of the places you’ll be able to visit during next year’s UK Meet :D

The Hot Pressure Blog Tour concludes!

Finally, we’ve reached the end. It’s been so lovely to see so many people stopping by to chat–thank you all so much! I do hope I’ve managed to respond to everyone (one or the other of us should have, anyway).

Today then, to finish off Jamie Merrow and I are sharing horror stories about the worst places we’ve ever lived over on Coffee and Porn. Do come and share yours! Leave a comment to be entered in for a chance to win a choice from both our backlists, and a chance at the grand prize (details here).

That’s all for now, folks! I’m trying not to obsess about my Amazon rankings and failing abjectly. Ah well. At least I’ve nearly cleared my inbox backlog at long last.

The Hot Floor is out today!

The Hot Floor coverWoohoo! I’m stupidly excited about this book, and I’ve been thrilled by how positive the early reviews have been. Huge hugs and sloppy kisses to all of you who’ve pre-ordered a copy :D

Anyway, The Hot Floor is now out and charting over on Amazon (no, I haven’t been obsessively checking every five minutes, I promise!). You can buy it in various places and it will provide hours of smutty entertainment for only a few quid (or dollars, if you’re that way inclined). Here’s some buy links, and a few review excerpts :)

By the end of an m/m/m romance story I have to be convinced that the relationship is going to work, and have seen some development in the relationship as the book progresses. In this book I got that in spades… I enjoyed the very different personalities of the men… and it was easy for me to see how they are perfect for each other… The sex scenes were very hot, but with a tenderness to them that set them apart from mere erotica. They were also very well written and easy to picture… I can see this being a book I’ll re-read when I’m looking for an m/m/m book with accessible characters and lots of delectable sex scenes.
“Excellent” from Jenre at Well Read

I found myself invested in where this relationship was going from the beginning… This book is filled to the brim with sex, super hot man loving, Some good spanking action and a lot of innuendo to keep the reader’s mind interested in what’s about to come next… I had a really good time reading The Hot Floor; I smiled throughout the entire book.
5 stars and a True Gem Award from Charnel Chante at Guilty Pleasures Book Reviews

Whew, folks this was a hot one! As if the cover isn’t enough to tip you off, let me tell you that this book is full on, down and dirty, sexy… But what I really appreciate is that these scenes are more than just super hotness. We also get a great sense of the dynamic between Rai and Evan, as well as the three of them together… Myles really pulls it off here with three interesting and distinct guys who were totally believable together.
4.5 stars from Jay at Joyfully Jay

Meanwhile, I’ve had a fabulous weekend at the UK Meet and will be writing some sort of coherent post about it (with pictures!) in the next week. But first I have to climb the email mountain…and have a holiday. Climbed a real mountain in a diddy Victorian steam train today, with Daisy and my sister. Saw waterfalls. Ah, lovely!
